What is Project Equine?

Project Equine Pop Up Shops is a 'Market' style event that features both large and most importantly small businesses that all connect to the Equine Industry.

Businesses have the opportunity to set up a stall over the two days and trade to the public. In keeping with our goal to help support small and online business, we have been able to offer this event to stall holders at a minimal fee which will in turn allow a bigger variety of brands, products and services.

With a heavy marketing campaign on Social Media, signage and advertising we expect to attract the crowds. From performance horses, racing and pony club, to cattle stations, feedlots and breeding, there is something for EVERYONE!!

Stall Holder Information

We are looking for more stall holders for this event in the below categories! 

  • Horse Gear and Tack

  • Equine Nutrition and Health

  • Trainers and Coaching

  • Clothing and Accessories

What's included in my application and fee?

  • Choice of indoor or outdoor site for the two days (subject to availability)

  • Inclusion in digital marketing

  • Event signage in the Toowoomba region in the lead up to event

  • Access to a targeted customer audience to trade.
