RETURNS POLICY
Thanks for purchasing, we hope you love our products as much as we do!
Refunds-
We are happy to provide a refund for a change of mind, the product will need to be returned to Project Cowgirl within 14 days of receiving. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged and unused in any way.
Once Project Cowgirl receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
Returns-
If the product is damaged or faulty in any way, please contact Project Cowgirl to discuss return options, once returned, inspected and deemed faulty by our team we will replace or refund.

SHIPPING
Pre Orders-
Once order has been received and paid in full, we place orders within 24 hours with our supplier after the pre order dates close. The tracking is closely monitored and once received by us in Australia, we will begin distributing the orders out immediately. From here we will alert our customers and send tracking numbers when they are on the way.
Due to wait times when bringing products into Australia, we cannot guarantee any time frames from the supplier, however, most shipment are received within 2-3 weeks from original order.

Standard Shipping-
Shipping of products such as clothing or jewelry comes from Australia, customers will receive notifications and tracking information as soon as orders are placed and sent.
